FNB VIRTUAL CARD

I am disgusted with FNB. The unauthorised transactions took place from my virtual card, twice and and through virtual card to my main account.

No OTP was received, and secondly how it was authorised because the CVV number on the virtual card change?? Now I have to spend money following up with their forensic in order to be refunded?
