FNB VIRTUAL CARD

Stay away from FNB and their VIRTUAL CARDS!!!! They have NO safety and if your account was de*****ed via virtual cards they refuse to payout and shift the blame to the customer!! For 20 days I still wait for a feedback!!!! In my case, I was pro-active enough to contact all the merchants on the 2 May 2024 even before FNB/RMB even think to get in touch with them and by that time all orders were stopped and not released, thus resulting in no loss to anyone in this regard, but now, I have to wait for FNB/RMB to drag on because ***** dept can’t advise the merchants how to refund the money. The only one that sitting with a loss currently is myself THE CLIENT!
