FNB violates POPI Act (twice in a one year)

FNB shared (some of) my personal details with a third party, going directly against the POPI act.

I reported this to FNB, to which they rep**** with a generic message saying they don't share details.

I rep**** again with evidence that they in fact did, but since several follow up mails (from me) they have not again rep****. This has been going on for over a month.

The same thing happened about a year ago too, which forced me to change my cell number. I reported this to FNB, to which they also didn't respond.

Due to FNB's POPI violation, I'm getting numerous phone calls daily from a company I'm avoiding (as instructed by my lawyer).

FNB, this is your final chance to resolve the matter, if you don't resolve it within 7 days, I'm opening up a case with POPIA.

What I expect from FNB: 1) You need to explain to me how and why my information was leaked 2) You need to prove that you have taken serious measures to ensure that my information is not leaked again 3) An apology would have been nice 4) I expect compensation for the endless harassment I'm receiving from the robo-caller, as a direct result of FNB's POPI violation
