FNB Villiersdorp - who would have thought..

Never banked with FNB (loyal Stranded Banker) but as one of only two options in the Dorp (Villiersdorp) opted to go with them to open an employees bank account. The entire process (from initial enquiry to the actual account opening over the space of two weeks due to our delaying it) was incredible. Francke (person who assisted us) clearly enjoys his work and is exceptionally professional and helpful. The service we received was above 'good' and they (and Francke) deserve special recognition for being a very special team and branch. And, it wasn't only us - everyone (and there were loads of people) who came into the branch was given respectful, great service. Priceless.
