FNB ***** via Vodacom Link

I was ****med by a Hong Kong Company via a link from Vodacom. I am not happy the way FNB handled the situation as I did not get any notifications on 2 transactions that went through. I have contacted the ***** department and the lady told me that FNB are aware of the Vodacom ****, though FNB refunded met for one transaction, they refuse of redund me, on what I feel is unacceptable as they were aware of the Vodacom link and did not put anything in place to prevent this from happening to other potential clients. This is not small money for me R2500. I feel my trust has been broken.
