FNB very useless

FNB personal loans department and their attorney's brooks and luyt attorneys. I feel disrespected and harassed by their agents who call and shout at me and don't want to listen but very rude. As a customer I deserve to be respected even though Im in arrears. What happened 5o customer protection plan. Why is FNB and their attorney's doing this. I want an agent who called me today around 07:40 to call me and tell me what was the shouting and insulting about. Her name is Nomvula.
