FNB VERY UNHELPFUL

My son lives in China. He has a FNB savings account in South Arica with over R100 000 in it. He wants to upgrade to a cheque account or credit card in order to buy a house and he needs to have a credit record before getting a bond. FNB Randpark Ridge Branch was not helpful at all. My son wanted to talk to them on my ex husband's cell phone (wechat) and they refused. Hopefully one of the other banks will be able to help.
