FNB Very poor service

I will never recommend FNB short term insurance to anyone, they refused to pay out one of my claims after submitting documents, they wanted proof of purchase for stuff I bought 16 years ago. The other claim I waited for more than 14 work days as stated by their policy and eventually they only pay out 50% because they say I have used it. Very poor service and they dont get back to you, you must phone them and then only to get a person who is rude over the phone
