FNB very poor service and untrained staff

I have been trying to get some information on how to receive international credit card payments to my business bank account but have been sent to pillar and post by the FNB help desk (I use this term very loosely considering the actual help the provide). Nobody seems to know what FNB offers and I must mention calls constantly getting dropped. Perhaps it is time for me to find a new business banking partner.
