FNB very poor service

On 13 Feb I submitted a Dispute form via Premier banking about an unauthorised, double debit on my cheque account. Attached all the relevant statements, explained dates and details. Got a response from Nonkululeko Xaketwane : forwarding my dispute to Admin. Waited 10 days, emailed a query, got the same cut & paste letter from her. Frustrating!
Waited another 35 or so days, wrote in detail to Ryan Pape at Premier on 27 Feb, as he has always helped my husband.
Got an email from him saying he had forwarded my dispute to Ms Xaketwane, again. Got an email today from Wesley Russon telling me nothing new. No-one seems able to grasp the simple fact that FNB owes me R215.21, since 9 Feb. And I want a refund and it would be very nice if I also got an explanation and gasp... maybe a word of apology!! Had I owed FNB R5 I would have been charged interest like a shot!
What is the point of Premier if all they do is forward emails to \Admin".? Who is \""Admin\"" and why does it take them almost 2 months to attend to a customer's simple query? Does not bode well if a bank is unable to sort out an accounting error they have made!! Fed up with you FNB - I've wasted hours writing detailed emails
"""
