FNB - Very poor performance

The worst bank in terms of communication feed back. cant threaten to move banks, cause they're all much of much.

Reported a case to them, called 3 times, was told I would receive communication within 24 hours of those calls, still nothing.

Website doesnt help either.

Maybe they need to change their slogan/moto because its false advertising. Hopefully they will make contact to rectify this very poor performance.

Not the leading bank they claim to be
