FNB - Very good service

I went to open a FNB account at the Groove Mall. and the service I received from them was exemplary. The person at the door introduced herself by name (Patience) And did not just usher me to a seat.

The bank was very clean, as a nurse working with Covid, it was nice to see regulations being enforced, but not in the usual obstructive/ugly, rushed way. All the precautions seemed as if it was planned for when the branch was being constructed with FNB Logos.

Matlhodi Motloung, who assisted me to open the account was very professional and I will recommend to ask for her by name. She explained all of my questions and concerns with patience and clarity, even when I asked her to repeat a few points I was unclear of, She would always ask if there was anything else and then proceed to answer those queries.

I had trouble to get a few of the documents for the credit account and she would remind me kindly by email, bi-daily what was needed - it was nice to not be hounded by automatic requests constantly.

I wished for information regarding the share trading platform and inquired via the app and revived a prompt reply from the department on investing.

In short. The bank is very professional. clean, and effective. I am happy I made the change.
