FNB very draconian towards its customers

FNB has charged me an additional R8,50 four times totaling R34. This is over an above disputed debits of R72 plus R8,50, that were levied on my bank account unfairly and without a sensible rationale. It is very draconian and they do what they like with in one’s account with just impunity. I am reviewing whether it is good business decision to still bank with FNB.
