FNB very disappointing.

On the 11th of June my bank cards were ****** out of Virgin in my locked locker. I discovered this 50mm later When I returned. I then blocked all my cards whilst speaking to an FNB agent. It’s almost a month later and transactions are going through on the same cards I blocked. Then phoning the ****** card line was even more unhelpful than home affairs. The best is FNB have blocked my account because my fica documents were not loaded in time. But if you’re a ******** and you have my card it’s fine to use this card that I can’t. They declined transaction for R76 at Kauai but the ******** has taken over 5k out of my account! Dont figure🤷🏼♂️
