FNB very biased and does nothing for their valuable clients.

I am a Private client of FNB and have been with them for more than 20 years. All my main account's are with FNB including my first house that is left with 300 K on the bond and is on sale currently and there’s an offer. Also my salary as well. I app**** 2 years ago for bond for my new house and they declined. STD bank offered us the bond and gave us a huge discount if we open an account with them. Last year I app**** for pension fund backed loan for house renovations and was declined. Few weeks ago I app**** again and it was declined. Clearly one can see that one is treated like a stranger here. I feel that it was not even looked at. I am a senior IT manager earning a good salary and don’t have so many debts. The criteria used is biased and that said I am going to move my salary to STD bank and all my other investments. After all FNB is not leaving up to their slogan. Happy that my old house is in the process of sale and won’t be dealing with them at all. Very disappointed and disgruntled customer.
