FNB - Very Bad service

So it's been more than a month since applying for my FNB platinum cheque account bundle. Got the cheque card, still waiting for my credit card and issues to be resolved. Got a message to activate my account but you still require FICA documents from me! NO LONGER INTERESTED! If this is how you treat your new clients NO THANK YOU! Cancel my application and I will throw away my cheque card, thank you. This is probably the 5th time on Hello Peter and no resolution, I'M DONE!
