FNB very arrogant

I just want to warn FNB clients who purchase their smart devices through FNB, part of terms of the contract is to enter into contract with the SIM card that they load 500MB free data when you purchase the device. One of the biggest challenge is when the free data if finished, they decide how much you owe them. When I asked them to send me all the websites that have eaten 4GB in less than 20minutes they refused. So I said I want to cancel the SIM, they said is fine but I already have paid for it. I have been with FNB for more than a decade now, and they have been charging me interest. Since they are not the only service providers, I have decided to move to another service provider who will enjoy the interest because they are bullying me for charging me data that I never used it. I told them I cannot allow a service provider to charge me for services that I never use. They have demonstrated Arrogancy.
