FNB Verify device does not work and all information online is outdated.

Hello there. So I'been trying to verify my new iphone with FNB app so I can received one time notifications to utilize desktop banking. It is impossible. I have tried every browser and every way possible and it simply does not work. All the FNB youtube videos you have posted online either do not work like you say or they are outdated. The video for the desktop way to verify device in simply outdated I mean your desktop version of online banking doesn't even look like that anymore! So you're simply showing people what they cannot actually do! It's ridiculous isn't FNB a multi million rand corporate who can afford to update their clearly outdated tutorials? I'm so tired of searching for ways online to verify device that literally don't exist. I expect someone to please contact and literally verify my phone for me, it's your job after all. And please not another call with someone telling me how to do it on the app which doesn't actually work.
