FNB Vehicle Licensing service is a reputational disaster

The FNB "Vehicle Licensing service" (part of "nav-life"?) is a reputational disaster. FNB "gave me my money back" today with no explanation why the service failed after more than four weeks since they took the money from my account. I am now considering all my options as I start my next long journey driving home with no valid vehicle license. What went wrong exactly, FNB? Don't you know you have to TEST these processes before going live? Don't you know you have to do DUE DILIGENCE before setting up partnerships? I am VERY disappointed. It's time to look at Capitec again
