FNB vehicle license renewal does not work.

Can't renew vehicle licence with FNB app. I have been trying since before lockdown. I have made 3 payments in the last few months which just gets refunded without reason. I has been extremely frustrating and im worried the driver is going to get arrested soon for driving an unlicensed vehicle. Think its time to find a new bank.
