FNB vehicle license disk renewal a joke

Never have a met such incompetence such as the FNB vehicle license renewal service. Its 2 weeks today without any feedback. I phone FNB and they referred me to NAV department. I called them and the operator online said something inline of they have no details of me regarding this.

I gave my details to her again, but i have no faith in this department. Can FNB please contact me and assure me that my disk will be sent soon as my disk is currently expired now.
