FNB vehicle license disc renewal app

I renewed my car license disc through the FNB app and was extremely happy with how easy it was. The nav car section of the app is so user friendly and I had almost no hassle with uploading the necessary documents, I did get a notification that the proof or residence was not acceptable, but after querying it, it was fixed in 24 hours. The actual processing takes only a couple of days and the disc gets delivered to your door in +- 14 days. This service is definitely worth the R199 they charge, as last year was such a nightmare. I am disabled and to get to the municipality and wait to be let in a couple of people at a time as well as waiting for loadshedding to end while in the cold outside with no help for either pensioners or the disabled, was just horrible. As covid is still very prevalent I really appreciated FNB's innovative solution for their customers. Great job!!
