FNB vehicle insurance
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with FNB vehicle insurance. The accident occurred 25 March 2025 and to date their legal team is still checking merits of the claim yet the other vehicle has been repaired a long time ago. Every time I query, I get a short response saying they are finalising but until today have not made any attempts to repair the vehicle.
Please beware when you are shopping for insurance.

04 Sept 2025, 18:47It’s been another month and I still haven’t been paid out for this claim that happened in March. You all clearly do not care about clients and I will now also be closing my business account that I have with you.
