FNB Vehicle Insurance

My Vehicle and Household insurance is insured by FNB Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. I had a motor vehicle accident on the 12th of April and put in the claim on the same day as one would. It has now been almost two full weeks and no word from them. Every time I call FNB to follow up they tell me that they are still waiting for the Accident Report. I was promised that they would have all of this sorted by the end of business today but guess what? No reply. I don't know if I should go rent a vehicle and pick up the report myself and take it through to them seeing that they don't even send the necessary within their own company. This is absolutely disgusting service. A person takes out insurance exactly for the piece of mind that when something like this happens you would not need to struggle like this, Yet with FNB it seems to be the exact opposite.
