FNB-**** VALUE FOR MONEY!
Really poor bank who calls themselves bank of the changeables
I wanted to switch from a premium to Fusion and they brought up my living expenses which was confirmed with me ,i asked the consultant Mashodi(aka personal banker) how that was worked out and her answers were vague, they don't verify this with you, they base it on the average even if that's takeaway, they also work out your salary example 1 of 3 and place that as your salary not an average Pretty much if you dispute anything, the response is then we wont be able to continue with the application-i now need to rethink my bank

13 Dec 2021, 13:28I received a call from another consultant and instead of addressing my complaint, rushed through the consents and DPA then tells me the total opposite of what her colleague told me
I asked her if she is working under supervision to which she said yes, but then confirmed she is working remotely from home
i explained to her what the previous consultant said and she said she cant comment on that, also very unclear and rushed,dissapointed really expected more from FNB
