FNB utilizing CCD Couries
<p>Good day </p> <p>FNB should fire CCD Couriers as a business partner they book parcels and send out confirmations for delivery and then there is no show. When trying to contact the courier or bank there is absolutely no answer or nothing is resolved. I understand the position that FNB is in wrt to the courier but going forward you should FIRE this courier and put in PROPER vetting checks to ensure this doesnt happen. </p> <p><br />I am not a happy customer at all. </p>
