FNB usless
We had done Forex with FNB . AGENT has not received funds. We so not have the funds. We contacted FNB by phone. Well over 400 rand. And we just get transfered and put on hold.. N we emailed. *** and *** To no avail. We in a foreign country and we are helpless. Any advice for us to sort this out will be appreciated. Don't try FNB . They hopeless if u in a foreign country. N their system does not allow the call assist to call u back.

21 Dec 2018, 04:48We have still got no clousure with FNB. Ref ********** NF. They emailed asking for details. Got a call from a saleslady at FNB. No help there. We think we missed a call from SA . But that could have been anyone. And if it was FNB im surely they could call more then once. We called only over 10 times.. or email us and say we going to call at this time. Or wahtsapp. Anything.
Money deposited by 6th Dec
India said they can not draw money that was 10th Dec . We emailed called and to no avail. It's now the 21st and we have no track of the money. Travel agent has not received it and it is not in our bank account.
