FNB using Takealot as delivery partner is a mess

My card is supposedly out at the couriers TakeAlot Mr D, i received an SMS to arrange delivery, I've been waiting on the phone now for 45min trying to speak to someone to arrange delivery. I called Takealot general deliveries and the call got answered immediately, i cannot imagine there's more people calling about card deliveries than normal Takealot shop deliveries. Unless they have one person dealing with FNB Deliveries. How is there not a digital channel available to do this (schedule delivery)???

I need to speak to someone to arrange delivery.
