FNB using poor courier to deliver credit card. It becomes clients problem

FNB has aproved me for a credit card. They said the courier wil contact me. Why? I dont know because there is a branch where i stay. The courier Mr D. Phoned me once and I missed the call then after 3 days of wasting air time I got hold of them. They confirmed delivery monday the 27th November and did not pitch. I had to phone again the 28th which they confirmed delivery again and did not pitch. I am starting to regret that I'm giving FNB a go. Because there is no efford to make sure the client recieves the products in time after aproval. I sugest you more to a different courier as I'm not the first person who strugled to get the card delivered

FNB has good telephone service. But never came back to me with regards to the issue. The courier Mr D using Fedex delivered my card to my work where someone els signed for my credit card. They can not even confirm the corect date of when it was delivered. When I wanted to follow this up with FNB, I cant because their system is off. I have now spend a lot of time and money phoning to sort out FNB's issues

After eventually finding my card and sorting the problems out myself. Without anny assistance from FNB. (They havent even given me feedvack on the delivery issue). The card they have send has the wrong address on the paperwork and my name and surname is spelled wrong. Not a good experiance with FNB at all.
