FNB using our distress to make money!

First National Bank claims that they are helping those in financial need during this Covid-19 Lockdown period by providing financial 'relief'!

This however is not the case, they simply saw another opportunity to make some money from those in need!

They claim to relief you from financial obligations such as loans and credit by giving you cash relief vir 3 months, I app**** for this product as I am not receiving an income atm because of the lockdown, I received my contract yesterday stating I have been approved for the cash relief BUT there is no 'relief' given.

FNB wants to LOAN me 3 months worth of cash (for my home loan) at an interest rate of 8.75% that I would need to pay back within 36 months after the 3 months is over. Where are they providing any relief, they are simply making our burden worse by bulling us into 'taking' an extra 'loan' from them at a cost, making more money from everyone in their time of need! Its disgusting FNB!!! Shame on you.

You are making interest on interest its ridiculous and you think you are helping!!

I feel sorry for the South Africans that are with FNB at this time and receiving NO HELP from their bank and only being part of another way for them to pocket at your expense.
