FNB uses the worst couriers

My cerdeit card was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. I specifically organized this time as i was in meetings for the rest of the day. Why can't your couriers stick to the arranged times! I have already been waiting two week fir it to be delivered and now it will be delayed even mire! Is it so much to ask to get a drop of quality service in South Africa!
