FNB uses pathetic courier companies

FNB uses a pathetic delivery company to deliver their cards. What a comedy, they turn up unanounced, as if we have to put a whole day on hold just for the FNB delivery. Search this forum for the CCD courier reviews and you will find a lot of irate customers with the same issue as me. As usual, FNB forgets that service delivery also includes the the delivery of the cards to the customer. Its high time FNB uses a different courier as this is not my first issue with a card delivery. And I am not the only customer with this courier issue. A one star rating is about ten stars too much!
