FNB USES CCD COURIERS WHO DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FROM FNB

received a call from CCD couriers informing me that they have been contracted by fnb to deliver my private clients credit card,I requested to know the date of delivery and the consultant stated that she could not provide me with a date,so why call me?This person was very rude and this is the second occasion dealing with this pathetic company,to date I have not been called,I refuse to deal with a company that does not value the customer and if Fnb wants me.to remain as a client they should really look at ending their relationship with CCD Couriers,or is fnb the same as this pathetic company that I now have to resort to lodging a complaint for fnb to resolve this...fnb is also pathetic company
