FNB users be vigilant when visiting branches.

I lost my phone, card and ID I went to the branch to replace my card and it was replaced successfully but I when finally got access a phone and the banking app a month later I noticed there were 3 debit orders I didn’t recognise and 2 of those were FNB insurance policies I didn’t apply for and when I tried to dispute them I was advised they can’t be disputed because I signed for them at the branch and here I was under the impression I was signing for my card replacement. Racial profiling is something I might expect from FNB because of rumours I once heard but I never thought they would stoop to such ****s.
