Fnb useless worst bank on earth

If negative stars were an option, it would be my rating for FNB! The most disgraceful bank known to humankind I have a cheque account with fnb and have had this account for some time. One day my card malfunctioned according to an sms from fnb. A new card would not be able to be delivered... Given recent events, a temporary solution was to transfer from my account to my ewallet account. So on my way home from work I thought I'd eat and put some fuel only to see that the pin from the ewallet sms would not work. I requested a new pin and received a new pin but that too would not work. Confused and needing fuel in the middle of town and late afternoon, tired and hungry, no matter the new pin or different fnb atm that I tried nothing would work. I even tried to transfer the funds back from my ewallet account to my cheque account which I do on the regular without fault. Until of course today, what's worse is that I had to use the secure chat on the app and have terrible outbursts to someone on the other side who doesn't deserve it and take two and a half hours to reverse the transaction but then charge me to do so?!!! I'm not sure how fnb helps anyone. I'm not sure why I do my banking with them at all. Hopefully this actually helps other people out there. Thank god I didn't get ****** or something.
