FNB useless with **** !

Hello I was recently ****med by an online footwear store. I called FNB and logged a complaint, and a ***** case but I haven’t heard from them.

Today I spent an hr on the phone with them directing me from one department to another! Not one person has helped me thus far.

I am very disappointed! I am banking with FNB for years, someone stole my money now but they doing nothing to help me
