FNB USELESS (THIS USE TO BE THE NO 1 BANK)

I have reported my issue about Fnb to HelloPeter, somebody phoned me on 21/6/23 promising the problem would be solved. It is now 29/6/2023 and yet I have had no further contact from FNB and still have a the same problem. The actaul issue started on 29/5/2023 and IS STILL NOT SORTED. All I want is for my app to work.
