1)Waiting 2 weeks for FNB to contact me.. 2)Reset my username and password now no profile shows,,,how hard can it be for my profile to be linked to my account???

called over 10 times only to answer 1 million security questions and hold over and over and over then be told transferring you to accounts to check status and call either gets cut or i have to start talking to a computer again.

DAM Frustrated.. FNB "How can we help you" - absolute bull**** they cannot help you with even a basic query...

STICK TO STANDARD BANK OR ANOTHER BANK DO NOT EVER EVER USE FNB...!!!!

THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY...

I hope FNB loses majority of its clientele and move to another bank....
i work for a corporate company which has a huge footprint within africa and i am seriously taking this issue i have and a few other staff have also experienced to our finance department and will motivate the bank to be changed from FNB to another competitive bank that cares about customer service..and believe me we have made changes in this scale before and i will motivate for it..

Very disappointed...

Finally received a call after weeks and this is outcome :

The agent could not help me..

i need to go to the bank ..

absolutely disgusted with FNB and i will make sure they are brought to book.

My account has money but my profile was just removed as i did not use for a few months...nonsense i tell you..

but FNB account fees were deducting then account was active for them??

dam *******!!!!

i will be cancelling my account when i get a ****** chance to go to the bank...
want my funds and Goodbye FNB useless how can we not help you ..

FNB SUCKS....

DO NOT JOIN PLEASE.......

WHEN YOU NEED YOUR BANK TO WORK FOR YOU THE MOST THEY WILL FAIL..

TRY ABSA OR STANDARD BANK RATHER PAY FOR SERVICE...

and no reply , Typical FNB...

By the way i cancelled my services with FNB and will not recommend there services to anyone ever.

You rather use a ***gy bank than this amateur bank..

Will be doing a broadcast on radio soon and FNB will be exposed also...
