FNB USELESS SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic!!! I have money dissapearing out of my account and no one can tell me why. The banking app sucks. The live chat is useless no one can help me and if you call the call centre you waste over R100 worth of airtime and not get ahold of anyone. I'm sick and tired of this I'm a new fnb client and I am at the point of cutting my card in half and go back to capitec. I had no issues there. Of there is any FNB members reading this YOUR COMPANY IS ****ING USELESS!!! FNB should seriously work on their customer service because it sucks!!
