FNB Useless service

FNB is pathetic. An email was sent on the 8th of February 2024, and to date I have not even so much as received an acknowledgement that my email has been received, never mind any action on my request. Absolutely useless. If you have a business and looking for a bank, I suggest you look elsewhere, FNB does not care. I would like an explanation on email *** or *** as to why my request is being ignored. Please use the EMAIL OR LANDLINE, DO NOT contact me on my cell, as this matter relates to my employer and not personal.
