FNB - Useless products

I am a client of FNB sins my mother open an bob account at the age of 9.

i have multiple FNB products that I use, During covid 19 I apply for my Credit protection policy to pay out it was Declined due to not meeting all the terms and conditions. 1. this policy was never sent to me. 2. the terms and conditions regarding the credit protection was not explained. 3. my Knowledge is that it is compulsory due to loss of income and for the protection of the bank credit.

In this period I did not receive an income and i asked FNB to let me know the reason this was declined no response. They rather gave me a Covid 19 Loan which I need to pay back with 7% tax rate. R22000.00.

I would like to know why do i have credit protection with FNB if the policy does not look after me. I need to pay the policy every month more costs and i don't have any benefits on this policy. FNB is quick to take service and other charges (How can we Help You) should actual be (How can we Spent Your Money For you) Very unsatisfied Client. FNB Ref ***

Reviewer Update
I was Phoned by FNB Life only to be told that due to TERS being paid to me not even 30% of my salary (loss of income) i do not qualify for payout as i have had an income. So when i asked the gentleman that if i lost my job and receive UIF the policy will also not be activated he advice me that UIF and TERS are 2 different things me as employee don't see it that way and i really think that this is an unfair statement. The Covid 19 virus could not be seen as anyone's fault and therefore we have this type of policies in place, When i told the Gentleman that this policy useless and i no longer want it as it does not supply in my needs when i needed it the most he had an ****y attitude telling me that it is compulsory. (a Way for FNB to take more money, and tax from their clients.
