FNB useless private banker service!!

What a wow!! Am ready to close down my FNB private account. I actually thought that being a private client had some sort of benefit,however, it seems the only benefit is to FNB because you are paying ridiculous fees for **** service. Such ****py service from a bank,my private banker is absolutely useless and if you can I'd say stick to normal gold account.

A month ago a made a request to stop a debit order on my accounts,then it never got stopped so order went through. Now two weeks later I spoke to my supposed banker to reverser that debit as it was not authorized,till this day I am trying to reach my banker and no response

Now one would ask what the role of a private banker is ,why we pay the fees we pay every month of they do not assist you with anything. Banker that I am not getting assistance with is
