FNB - USELESS NON-EXISTENT SERVICE AGAIN

I app**** for FNB Covid three times and it is clearly not working as they debited my account and took all my UIF money. This is not my first time complaining about FNB, it is honestly just the norm with them. I have tried to chat to a banker and that is a useless attempt to get hold of FNB because nothing has ever been resolved chatting on the app and you are always 500 in the queue - what a joke!!!! I have been holding on the line for 25 minutes for premier banking and still no answer and also not suprising at all. FNB - if you have time for your customers, CAN YOU PLEASE PHONE ME SO WE CAN SORT MY ACCOUNT OUT !!!!!
