FNB useless, no help
I have complained about FNB regarding my debit order reversal, no help what so ever. A lady had called me yesterday stating someone will call me to assist me, no call. 20 mins after the call I got an email stating I need to do the reversal on my FNB app. Common sense if I could do it I wont be calling the banking. My branch is closed and only opens on the 17th. Who's help me, it's my money, why is FNB not helping me.......I'm so ****ed of now.....please bvb help with my debit order reversal.

09 Apr 2020, 14:26I have just phoned FNB contact center, the FNB bank managment had authorize to all agents to not reverse any debit because of the pandemic, all customers must apply for covid 19 meaning taking a loan ect.....I dnt qualify and dnt need a loan all I'm asking is FNB to reverse a debit order for me, it's my money my account, it's my right to reverse. We were not notified that there is no reversal function, I need money, how is FNB going to help with that. All I'm asking is do my reverse. FNB are heartless people, we have rights to our mlm monies, Cyril Ramaphosa didnt say that banks must do this to their customers. If yourl don't reverse I will take this further, and let the president knw how FNB is treating us through this pandemic.
