FNB - USELESS, INCOMPTENT, (insert adjective)

I work in the $ market and paid via Paypal. Today, I wanted to withdraw funds into my account and my account was marked "HARD HOLD". Proceed to call FNB. FNB says its a Paypal Problem. Call Paypal. Paypal says its an FNB problem. Automated recording which I listened to for 2 hours asks me if I have filled in a "self certification" form. No. I have never received one. Speak to an operator. I need to fill in a "self certification" form. So why was I not sent one? "Oh it must be a 'system error'" it responds. Wait until form is delivered to my inbox. Fill in form and return. I am tax compliant. I am a registered tax payer. Useless bank run by idiots. I know. I worked for FNB.
