Fnb useless ewallet system forever on maintenance

I was sent ewallet on the 20th December 2023. I have been trying to register on the *120*277# ussd and I am always getting an error "This service is currently unavailable due to routine maintenance" however I checked online and even went to the branch to enquire and it was stated that the ewallet is not offline. I feel that th Fnb staff is useless cause I told them my issue and they tell me that I must contact the person who sent me the ewallet, even though I explain to them that I was sent an ewallet by a company. No help from fnb at all and I am at the edge of encouraging my friends and family to stop banking with fnb. I want my money
