FNB useless

I come early there are other people waiting by all means but when outside the bank there is no such thing as a ****ing que who ever gets in first gets helped the i get my ticket after halff the people have no ****ing idea what their doing and a lady just walks in with no ticket and gets helped but the rest of us has to get a a ticket and wait and then they take their time helping people when some of us needs to get back to our businesses FNB is ficking useless
