Fnb useless, doing what they wish on my account,

Disgusted customer and I hate FNB

i have with the loan debit that goes before I get paid on fnb account

I requested Fnb to change the debit order date but they refused, now I see that they took money from my overdraft , which I am being charged again for using it, and I wanted the loan to be paid from my salary only not from my overdraft money

I will rather close off or cancel the overdraft, and see where you will get the loan money from as I suggested that it be debited after I got paid

I CAN ALSO MOVE TO RHER BANKS LIKE NEDBANK OR ABSA, AS I cannot bear the humiliation I am suffering now and my credit record is being blemished, or painted with red ink, by FNB, DEBITING MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I RECEIVE MY SALARY

I WANTED THE LOAN TO BE DEBITED AFTER THE SALARY IS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT

BUT FNB REFUSED
