FNB USELESS ***** DEVISION

I logged a ***** case on a SAVINGS ACCOUNT on the 18th of November 2023. Card, which does not exist, was cloned and someone is using the card to go through tollgates. The best of all, I destroyed the card myself during November 2022, so there WAS no card from my side to be cloned. I've reported this several times at the ***** Department but unfortunately, I get no assistance from them. The non existing card was blocked on the 18th of November. In the meantime, they still going on swiping the card at tollgates, and I AM PAYING BANKCOSTS on those transactions. Why? It really looks like this is an inside job in your ***** Department. This must be investigated and I made a call to the Ombudsman as well. I lost money on a savings account where there is only 2 transactions per month. My SASSA been paid into the account and me who transfer the money immediately to my cheque account. That can be seen on my account statement. Why do I not get any reply from FNB ***** in this case? Is it because IT IS AN INSIDE JOB? I am tired of phoning the ***** department and my call's never been answered. Hellopeter, please help otherwise I am going to write an article for Die Beeld. Hopefully then I will get a response.
