FNB - Useless Customer Service

I can't understand why it is so difficult these day's to receive Customer Service. If you are behind on you Bond they are quick to contact you even if you have short paid your Bond with as little as R25 but when you try to get someone to cancel your Life Insyrance on your Home Loan nobody are able to assist you.

This is beyound terible service... I'm trying to get someone to assit me for the past month with no luck they read your e-mails but dont repond. Yestreday I tried the online chat service where I was transferd to 3 different people and at the end thay just gave me the *** email but they also dont respond.

Seems everybody thinks life owes them something but they forget where the money is comming from thats paying all of their Salaries...customers like myself but they cant assist you with the easiest of quiries.
